Welcome.

0:29.8

We are a place and a space for conversations around just change and growth and supporting people through it,

0:39.9

injecting some humor and relatability, we hope, and sharing our own stories.

0:45.2

It's been 10 years since we started this show and we've just grown and changed so much.

0:51.1

And we talk about health and wellness, spirituality and relationships. And yeah, it's been such a ride. It's crazy. Like people say, like, you've changed so much. I'm like, it's been 10 years. Of course. You know, like, imagine if I hadn't. Let's think about other podcasts that have been around. We don't have to name them. But like, do we feel like they've changed as much as us, I guess? Not comparison thing. But it's like, do you know what I mean? I can think of one and I don't think so. Yeah. Actually, I can think of a few and I don't think so. Right. Isn't that interesting? 2:00.3

So you're going to get that gist that like we are our stories. So you're going to get that just that like we are

2:03.2

changing and evolving and you're going to you know meet milestones with us and heartbreak and all

2:08.7

the things. But I think some hosts are hosts in the sense of like I interview. It's about the

2:14.6

guest. You know, there's very little about their life. So it depends.

2:19.0

Yeah, like here's, we're talking about this crime case. Yeah. And it's just like about the crime case.

2:24.1

You know what I mean? So you wouldn't even really know if they've changed so much. You know what they

2:26.7

probably have. But I'm excited to bring this interview back. So a few years ago, we interviewed
