Summary

All we like sheep have gone astray. We are all in bondage to sin, but God sent Jesus to break the cycle of sin. Through His perfect life, death, and resurrection we are forgiven of our sins and regarded as righteous in His sight.

and the people of Israel did what was evil in the side of the Lord and served the bales.

Oh, these verses just set the stage for a book that so grimly depicts the sinfulness of men and women and the distress that we find ourselves in as a result of our sin and just horrible heinous things that happen in the book of judges that make you

back to God for a time, but just relatively a small amount of time before they start turning
