That's 888 B. A R B A R A R A. But first, when I was a kid, I was a dumb kid in school. I couldn't learn to read it right until I was in seventh grade.

When I was asked to read out loud, I couldn't pronounce the dog, and all the kids laughed and made

And in high school, by the time I hit Spanish one, every time that teacher asked KSS-DY, or K-S-SstSSo I still can't remember what it is.

All the kids in the class would shout out the wrong Spanish were and then laugh at me when I

mimicked because I was so desperate for an answer.

So as a result of being such a loser in school, I came into my adulthood with a lot of old

nasty tapes that ran in my head. and every time I went out on a limb and tried

something new I had tremendous self-doubt. When things didn't go my way

immediately I would think oh my god I shouldn't be here I shouldn't

have asked for this I don't belong here I should be back blah blah blah blah and on and on I'd go

down the hole just like Alice in Wonderland going nowhere fast. And then a few years

after I started my business I decided I was going to change my old tape. After

that when people intimidated me or talked down to me or simply dismissed me or didn't

give me the time of day even at a social setting, I didn't allow myself to play those
