You are about to enter the world of Christmas cookies and appetizers and dinners that don't

fall into any schedule because of all the things.

You're probably still dealing with Thanksgiving leftovers and if you are like me, sometimes

opening the fridge or freezer can be really overwhelming this time of year.

What I want to encourage you to do in this very short episode is to consider a kitchen

reset.

I call it essentializing your kitchen.

Right now, you don't need extras.

This is a great time to spend just a little bit of time getting your kitchen reset so
