they are put out that's due to allow us to edit and check the quality, etc.

So obviously as guidance is moving very fast at this uncertain time, some of the things

we talk about may rapidly go out of date.

I just thought I'd make that clear so no one thinks that any of the advice tips or anecdotes

Hello everyone and welcome to another isolation tape, Ellis, John and producer Jess here.

How are you doing guys?

I'm alright.

My daughter has a very swollen lip so I took her to the out of hours medical center this

morning to get her looked at and obviously I don't want my daughter to have a swollen

lip but it was lovely to get out of the house.

What's the cause of the lip?

She's got a little abscess they think it might be the doctors are falling us again on Monday

they think she's got an ulcer and it keeps snagging on her tooth so they think that they

has become infected so she got a swollen lip looks like cosmetic surgery that's gone wrong.
