| 1:10.9 | So in this story, Sona, despite all the effort and energy he was putting into his practice, |
| 1:16.6 | he grows discouraged and disappointed. |
| 1:20.0 | His meditation practice that was supposed to be the very source of great peace and happiness |
| 1:26.0 | and contentment in his life ends up being the very source of discontent for him. |
