Hello, and welcome back to Moonbeaming. I'm very excited to be with you here today because

we've got an episode that is also a workshop, an episode that is also a talk that myself

and the wonderful, the incredible, the inspiring Erica Feldman from House Switch, we collaborated.

We held a many moons, for me it was a many moons celebration, many moons release party,

but we called it reimagining success because we wanted to address ideas around failure, ideas

around success. It's the end of the year, I think a lot of us. I'll just speak for myself.

This time of year is complicated because we are exhausted from the events of the year. We are

dealing with wins, losses, things that worked, things that didn't work, and that feeds into

unconscious or maybe very conscious ideas. We have internalized around success, around failure,

and the ways that we can use these internalized ideas that might not even be ours as a way to not

be nice to ourselves, as a way to be hard on ourselves or punish ourselves or create as I share

in the workshop, create this distance, this disconnection, this lack of intimacy for our self. So

I wanted to share this excerpt because it just felt super timely as we reflect upon this last year

to give you the invitation to reimagine what success can be for yourself to clear away whatever shame

or blame or sheds that we've all been operating under in a really rough year and really rough times.

I'm just being honest, you know, I can only speak for myself. It's been really challenging.

Erica and I had pages, a bond pages for this talk. We couldn't cover everything because it can

be difficult to get everything about such a huge job into, you know, a sweet, sweet 50 or so minutes,

right? So what I decided to do is I took some of the information I had wanted to share. I took
