It's been what like a month maybe since I last recorded

And yeah even then it was a struggle

It was so so tough

Like I remember having my friend Paul on Because it took us several hours it was so, so tough.

in my throat.

Like it got to the point, I think, a couple weeks ago, after going to three doctors that my mouth, my palate, my tonsils ended up ulcerated.

And I see this third doctor who's like, first question he goes to me is, are you stressed?

Sir.

Doctor, sir. Sir.

I have ADHD and anxiety. Stress is my default, you know, speed.

I just, I just...

So then he's like, this is definitely a symptom of an underlying issue.

And he orders like a blood work done, right?

So I go to the nurse i'm sitting

down i'm getting ready to get my bloods and she takes one look at me and goes yeah i'm gonna order a few more

have you eaten this morning a lot no she's like great i can put you down for fasting and we'll check you

for this this and this and she's scribbling all these notes,
