it's been like ages since we've done a show together I feel like I haven't seen you

in forever I know I skipped some shows and somebody emailed last week when I was on

with Jen expressing their disappointment is a little troll just expressing their

quote disappointment that it wasn't you and Jen that you and Jen needs to be the

new staple and I need to go away so okay cool also a couple of quick comments

about last week's show because we got a bunch of email about things one of

them is because we talked about brain debt is dead I thought it'd be worth

noting that yes we're aware that death is a process and defining death is

sometimes difficult and citing a few examples of some people who were

declared brain dead but later recovered doesn't change the fact that if they

actually were brain dead they would be dead in any meaningful sense and the

other thing was about on the abortion front I made the comment as a matter of

argument that I could grant the same rights to a fetus that I could to a two

year old I'm not in the business nor am I interested in actually giving rights

to fetuses I was making a specific point that even if we gave them both the

same right to life that didn't include the involuntary non-consensual use of

somebody else's body that that wouldn't change the position on a

abortion that's it I wasn't saying we should start giving out rights to

fetuses but if they want to drive or stay alive they can start expressing an

interest in that and maybe then we can reconsider anyway Tracy's got some
