| 0:59.0 | But I'm going to just say it is not who you are, it is just how you are presently acting. |

| 1:08.0 | It is, to break it down even more specifically, a strategy, a lance strategy. |
| 1:14.4 | So that means if you have like a crazy big limiting identity conflict of the I am not good enough, the I'm not worthy, the I am not deserving, the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, the fear of getting hard, the fear of not being safe. |

| 1:35.5 | they're very generalized as a world and they're generalize as an experience. |
| 1:41.0 | But that's because that's how we associate with them that's how we feel them right that's how we |
| 1:49.0 | experience it on a day-to-day basis so it's easy for us to think that is who I am like that is |
| 1:57.3 | just my identity that's just interpretation from a subjective viewpoint. |
