rigid thinkers and we don't even realize it.

We're like rigid thinkers and we're going, oh, I'm so open minded.

No, you're not open minded.

This is the last time you change your mind about anything.

You know, we have to remember that at the very core of it all is our beliefs.

And from those beliefs come our thoughts and our feelings and from our thoughts and our feelings,

our actions and our behaviors and from those actions and our behaviors come our results.

At the very bottom of that thing is the beliefs and our thoughts.

And if our thoughts don't change and our beliefs don't change,

we never really get a different result.

We just kind of go around life trying to confirm what we think and what we believe over and over and over again.

And if we can't confirm it, then we come from a perspective of making other people wrong.

And what we need to understand is that the way we think and what we believe and what we feel strongly about is just a perspective.

That's our personal perspective based on our experiences and life and what we've made those experiences mean.

And we also have to understand that our perspective is one of seven billion perspectives.

And we need to understand that life becomes so much better when we come from a place of flexibility, softness, and allowing with our thoughts.
