Summary

Erica Blumfield (RISK!, Revealed, the MOTH, "Storyteller's Project,") lived and waitressed in New York City. One day, a customer would not leave his table and after several hours of refilling his water glass and bread basket, Erica asked him to leave. They needed to turn the table. What happened next is absolutely unbelievable and luckily Erica is alive to tell us the story!

There had been this man, kind of like a wiry professor looking type, who had been sitting at a table for hours.

And all he had had was a bowl of $4 soup. And I had brought him extra bread, which was breaking the rules,

So I approached him politely and I asked him like, oh, we really need this table.

He got very aggressive and neither was shouting, you know, you better not be expecting a tip and how dare you. And I just snapped and I was like, that's it. And I stormed across the cafe and I slammed the door open and I said, just get out of here. We don't want your money. He walked across the

I love all Jen's stories, but that one is, yes, very. Hercio, she's so talented. She's so funny. She's smart and very subtle. And she talks about going to see the eclipse. Not the, not the eclipse that just passed, but the one in 2017 with a date. It was just the second date. And it was so magical, they almost got married.
