It is another year and another episode of Meetahead Hippie. I'm your host, Emily Schramm. Thank you for joining today or all the times you have joined me in the past. I love, love, love podcasting. And you know how everyone on Instagram did their like 8,000 highlights and their stories? And I was thinking of all the things that I love. And one of the biggest highlights for me

listening to James Clear and I's podcast on habits and how easily we go all in and then, oh, shit, we messed up or things got in the way or I ran out of time and how quickly our resolutions, no matter how motivated we are, once the motivation goes away, it's just kind of like, oh, shit, I'm back at square one.

So I want you to start by listening to that podcast. And then I do, I really am excited. I'm launching. I do, I haven't done a new challenge in a year. So this is a brand new MFIT challenge. So it's a 21 day version. I feel like version one in version two are all about cutting sugar,
