0:26.8	we talk about my dad finishing completing the seven summits. So we talk a little bit about what the seven summits are, but it is the highest point on each continent. So, you know, at this point he has done Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Aconcagua, Mount Everest, Mount Vincent, Carson

0:48.4	And if you guys listened to a couple of the episodes that we did early on the early seasons of the podcast.
0:54.7	He talks about how he started writing these lessons to his grandkids as he started his

1:07.0	He was in his 60s, really, his late 50s, and then in his 60s.
1:11.0	He's 66 now and this seeing him do this has been so
1:16.9	inspirational for our family and seeing him just draw on the motivation to complete this at 65, 66 years old, you know, after a hip replacement and so many other things that had happened was pretty amazing. So we're going to talk about him
