Well, hey, that means a lot. I, you know, one of the things that I was so impressed with

is flipping through some of what you have is your book and you covering all these things

about sprouts. And just, you know, actually yesterday, even I order sprouts regularly and

eat sprouts. And part of the reason I got turned on to them is many years ago, I started

really studying the nutrient density of food, right? And looking at what the most nutritious

and healing foods were on the planet. And I come across this information on sprouts and

was blown away. So talk to us about sprouts. What are they exactly? And why do they have

all of these health benefits? So it's really interesting that there would be no plant life

on the planet without sprouts. So sprouts are seeds that have germinated and grown. And so

the seed and people, you know, we eat seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.

They're part of American culture. Sprouts were relegated to hippie, hippie trippies in
