I am really excited today.

So first, fun fact.

I don't really follow many people on social media besides my friends.

I just feel like, I don't know, if I follow more people than just my friends,

then I tend to miss my friends' posts and I want to see their posts.

And I've also talked about, too, how if I follow certain influencers that I can get in my head about certain things like body image,

but about six months ago, one of my girlfriends reposted this person's post.

And I started going through her social media and I became obsessed.

So I am so excited to introduce to you today our guest, Sarah Landry from the Birds Papaya.

And I just started following Sarah a week ago when Quigley actually mentioned her on our podcast.

She told, now that's making sense.

I was at dinner with her and she was like, oh, it's just talking about you last week.

I'm like, that's where it was.

Yeah, girl, we were talking all about you singing your praises.

So I was on Instagram in the beginning like everybody else was just posting casual pictures of her kids and like those weird selfies where you filtered them very blue.

So I was like an OG Instagrammer just doing it like an everyday person was.

And during that time, I actually moved home to my hometown.
