Yo, today's QOD is we all have a Nate Wisdom in us that's striving to be the GPS for our life. Here we go.

0:30.0

Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your hope Sean cracks into Sean cracks and calm today. We're talking about your internal guidance system.

0:46.4

It's the system that we all have. It's always there, but sometimes we don't tap into it. You know, I've built several successful businesses, whether it be underground wellness, hugely successful.

1:00.4

On my personal development business, which you're a part of right now, or the business that I'm in the process of developing and will be launching very soon, which is my consulting business for health coaches, which I think is going to be the most successful thing I've done so far.

1:15.4

And if you were to ask me, what is the most pivotal thing for you, Sean, when it comes to building successful businesses, and I will very quickly reply intuition, listening to that inner guidance, not getting, you know, distracted by shiny objects, but posing questions to myself, going with them.

1:45.4

And feeling is this right or is this not right and having the trust in that system to having a trust in that knowledge to where I'm actually going to follow it.

1:59.4

There have been many bad moves that I could have made in my business life that I'm so happy that I didn't make. I've been around for a very long, I've been around since 2007. A lot of people have come and gone.

2:15.4

And I'm going to guess that a lot of people have come and gone because they didn't listen to their inner wisdom. If there's anything I can encourage you to do today is to tap in and do exactly what Marie for Leo's going to teach you how to do today, which is how to discern between intuition, that inner guidance, or if it's fear.

2:37.4

Here's Marie.

2:40.4

Well, it sounds also like you're really in tune with kind of your physical, like you had like a physical reaction to this or you know you saw the article and there was like a physical reaction.

2:51.4

How come people kind of what does that what does that mean for people like what and how can they tap into that.

2:56.4

Yes.

2:57.4

And how do you kind of explain the difference between something that's fear and something that's your intuition.

3:01.4

Yes. So I think all of us are such intuitive creatures, but we're not taught about this. Like there's so much stuff. So as a little sidebar and I'm going to answer all that. The whole reason I do what I do is because when I started discovering the world of personal development self-development, the fact that we could actually change our brains, we could get better, we could be happier.

3:18.4

I'm like, why didn't anyone teach me this sooner?

3:22.4

Like this is the most awesome thing ever. And like I'm from New Jersey. So I hear about the best pizza. I'm going to shout about that from the rooftops. I learned about personal development. I'm like, I need to talk about this for the rest of my life. This is so good.

3:33.4

Anywho, back to intuition.

3:35.4

So my mom taught me when I was little, I used to walk to school, right? And I know all those walking stories, because I've always been really independent. And my mom's like, no, I have to walk. I'm like, no, I'm going to do it on my own. She's like, look, I'm going to let you walk to soul as long as you promise me this.

3:51.4

And then when you're on stops and they pull it by a car and you feel something inside and it doesn't feel right, you got a run, you got a scream, never get in that car. So she taught me from a very young age to pay attention to the fact that there was a small voice inside that would always keep me safe and always guide me to what was right and what was best.

4:09.4

I felt like I had that training. So by the time, you know, Wall Street and the whole seeing that article, I was in tune with intuition and the fact that we all have innate wisdom in us that's striving to be the GPS for our life.

4:23.4

And the talking about the difference between fear and intuition. So this is one of my favorite things. So all of us, right? We come up against opportunities. Like, so maybe there's a new job or there's a promotion or there's a relationship or some type of investment opportunity.

4:37.4

And you don't know whether or not you should say yes because you feel scared. And so how do you make that distinction between healthy fear, which is something you need to go through and grow through in order to be more of who you are versus your intuition that's trying to save your ass.
