Here's a new episode for you, that's nice. This one is episode

number 833 and this time I'm joined by Anthony Ratuno, who you've probably heard on this podcast before, Anthony was a guest in the episodes

about John Lennon from a couple of years ago, the meditation episode which we did at the beginning

of last year, 2022, and also the episode we did about

Monte Python and the Holy Grail, the film. So Anthony's been on the show a few times,

but just as a reminder, Anthony is an English teacher like me. He's also a life coach,

a musician, a writer and a podcaster with no less than three podcasts to his name, one of which is called Glass Onion on John Lennon.

The other is Film Gold, which is all about great films, and the third is called life and life only in which

Anthony discusses a variety of topics all as part of a search for inner and outer

truth which means more or less self-help, that's the sort of inner

part, but also comments and observations about the world at large and the way it works.

So that's the kind of outer truth part.
