Summary

What if the secret to anti-aging isn't found in an expensive IV drip, but is already sitting dormant inside your own bone marrow? In this incredible episode of Beauty Bytes, I sit down with Christian Drapeau, a neurophysiologist and the pioneer behind StemRegen, to discuss the revolutionary science of endogenous stem cell mobilization. Christian explains how stem cells act as your body's innate repair system, and why the natural decline of these cells in our 30s is the fundamental driver of aging and disease. We do a massive deep dive into the difference between exogenously injected stem cells—which often get trapped in your lungs and act mainly through exosomes—and releasing your own stem cells, which can actually migrate and engraft into damaged tissues to rebuild them. We explore the specific plant-based phytonutrients, like Klamath Lake blue-green algae and sea buckthorn berry, that can safely trigger the release of millions of stem cells into your bloodstream. Christian also breaks down the critical importance of microcirculation, how a three-day fast rejuvenates your stem cell pool, and the single surprising trait that all supercentenarians share. If you want to tap into your body's ultimate bioregenerative power, this is a must-listen!

Well, hello, hello, guys. You're listening to Beauty Bites with Dr. K, Secrets of a Plastic

Surgeon.

0:20.6

And today on the podcast,

0:22.3

we are interviewing a real pioneer in stem cell medicine and stem cell research.

0:27.4

We are talking to Christian Drapeau, and Christian is from STEM region.

0:32.8

He has developed a nutritional supplement that actually improves how many stem cells come into

0:39.0

circulation and become active in your body. So welcome to the podcast, Christian. I'm so excited for you

0:45.5

to teach us about the bioregenerative potential of stem cells. Thank you. My pleasure.

0:51.7

So first off, can you start us at the beginning of your journey? What

0:55.2

actually got you interested into the stem cell field and the science behind it? I mean, just like

1:02.7

probably any scientist 20 some years ago, because the first discovery was about 20, 25 years ago.

1:09.8

So as any scientist at the time, we all had a basic

1:13.1

knowledge of stem cells. They are precursors to blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, and lymphocyte.

1:19.3

So I had no specific interest in stem cells. I was studying a plant, blue greenology that grows

1:25.9

naturally in Klamath Lake in southern Oregon.

1:28.6

And I was hired to study this plant to document its mechanism of action, how it was working in the body.

1:35.1

And researching that plant slowly led to the hypotheses early 2001 that it looked like stem cells are the repair system of the body. We published that in

1:46.6

the scientific literature. And in the back of my mind, my thought was maybe this blue greenalgae

1:52.6

was working by stimulating the repair system of the body. And we discovered that that's what it was

1:58.2

doing. So since that early discovery, 2001, then the rest of my work

2:03.7

has been in the field of stem cells. So that's how I ended up working with stem cells.

2:08.6

That's incredible. So it's really a plant-based solution that helps trigger the human stem cells
