Take the Dive! Excerpt:
The car zipped along the sunny road. Wind whooshed through its open windows, and the radio blasted some happy tunes. Kumar bounced in his seat, excitement bubbling in his tummy. Today he was competing in a swim meet! He couldn’t wait to get in the water and race against the other kids.

But there was a tiny knot of worry tangled in his excitement, too. Usually, Kumar would jump into the water and hold onto the wall before kicking off to race. Today was going to be different. Today, he was going to do a real diving start – jumping off from the starting block and gliding headfirst into the water.
Today’s Meditation: Enjoy the feeling of your body relaxing into the warm sand on a sunny beach.

Great job. Let's think about how your body feels resting on a sunny beach. This is all pretend and you are very safe. You sit down in the warm soft sand. The sand hugs you and you lie back on the cozy beach. Think about

Imagine the soft grains of sand sliding in between your toes,
