1:15.0	Hey, Richard. Thanks for having me again. I'm great.
1:18.0	So, first of all, you know, it is kind of the Christmas season.
1:23.0	So, how do you celebrate Christmas in Poland? Do you have any special traditions?
1:31.0	Oh, yes. We have a very, very special tradition. It's called Vigilia, which is from Vigil, right?
1:38.0	It's on the 24th of December when you wait for the first star, and you have 12 dishes prepared.
1:47.0	Of course, it doesn't have to be 12, and there is a tradition that you wait for a stranger,
1:53.0	and if a stranger comes knocking on your door, you are to let them in.
1:57.0	Of course, it doesn't really happen, but that's the idea.
2:00.0	And we have this special kind of, like, in church, this wafer, you know,
2:05.0	it's a religious practices that you basically use to wish each other, you know,
2:12.0	some whatever you want to wish another person, right? Some kind of well wishes, basically.
2:18.0	And for example, in the U.S., I always compare it to Thanksgiving,
2:23.0	because it's kind of, in a way, it's similar to Turkey, right? But in Poland, it's the carp, right?
