So, first of all, you know, it is kind of the Christmas season.

So, how do you celebrate Christmas in Poland? Do you have any special traditions?

Oh, yes. We have a very, very special tradition. It's called Vigilia, which is from Vigil, right?

It's on the 24th of December when you wait for the first star, and you have 12 dishes prepared.

Of course, it doesn't have to be 12, and there is a tradition that you wait for a stranger,

and if a stranger comes knocking on your door, you are to let them in.

Of course, it doesn't really happen, but that's the idea.

And we have this special kind of, like, in church, this wafer, you know,

it's a religious practices that you basically use to wish each other, you know,

some whatever you want to wish another person, right? Some kind of well wishes, basically.

And for example, in the U.S., I always compare it to Thanksgiving,

because it's kind of, in a way, it's similar to Turkey, right? But in Poland, it's the carp, right?
