It ignores the numerous

successful women leaders who have made significant contributions in various fields.

Women are just as capable of handling pressure, making tough decisions, and being assertive as

men. The idea that femininity and emotions are weaknesses that disqualify

women from positions of power is not only inaccurate but harmful. Emotional intelligence,

empathy, and nurturing qualities are valuable traits that can enhance leadership effectiveness.

Furthermore, focusing on superficial aspects like fashion choices or menstrual cycles,uates harmful stereotypes and undermines the credibility of women in leadership roles.
