On New Year's Eve, 1998, over a thousand young people went out on yachts to a lavish party in the curves of New Zealand.

But two of those partygoers, 17-year-old Olivia year old Ben, never made it back again to start the new year.

So today's video is going to be another solved true crime case. Today we're going to be discussing the New Year's Day murder of Olivia Hope and Ben Smart.

This is also a case with a potential miscarriage of justice in it.
