Summary

In this episode, Bob is joined by the creator and host of “Trace Evidence,” Steven Pacheco. On his podcast, Steven focuses on a new unsolved case every week, beginning each episode with a chronological retelling of the case, followed by a deep dive into known theories. Steven tells Bob about his time spent writing about professional wrestling, writing a chapter for a podcast book, and the upcoming CrimeCon convention in Las Vegas. They also discuss one of the oldest unsolved homicides in Hawaii, the unsolved murders of Paul Featherman and Nancy Baugh. After returning home from a party one evening in 1979, Sonny was murdered by an intruder. Nancy was no where to be found, and would remain missing for almost 35 years, until torrential rains brought her skeletal remains to the surface not far from her home.

1:07.4	Podcast is fantastic. And I want to get into kind of the format of it, because I really like the way you format your episodes.
1:13.8	But we go back before podcasting time. So you started your career as a sports writer, is that right?
1:21.1	Somewhat. I did the first writing I ever got paid for online, I wrote about professional wrestling.

1:31.8	Yeah, that's what I did.
1:32.9	I had a YouTube channel and a Twitter account, and I wrote about wrestling every week,
