She was so open and vulnerable about her anxiety and depression that she was going through at this time. She was battling through it.

She was struggling with mental health and she was very vulnerable about it and yeah.

Yeah, you just gotta be exactly what I said.

I know.

But yeah, you guys, a lot of people related to her in the comments and unfortunately we couldn't get her back on at the time.

She was going through a lot of stuff but we were able to get back this time and we thought it was a perfect combination to bring back Sam Zia.

Another person that you guys absolutely love, he is a licensed therapist and he came on to share his inside of what he's currently learning because he's going back to school.

To learn more about anxiety and the effects that it has on you in a relationship.

Been to school. He's still going to school. Oh wow. What are you going back to school for? Again, PhD in human sexuality.

So what exactly is that like human sexuality? Literally everything. Like everything about sex or everything about everything about sex sexuality and how it ties into society and how both sides feed each other just historically.
