I am excited about today because we are going through this the way that I actually plan out my month.

So the first thing that I always do and that I kind of came to my own realization with was

week, month, and the year. I would feel this feeling of, I can't tell you what I did. And that was the line I used. So Andre would come home from work back whenever he worked a corporate job. And I was trying to build our business. And he would come home and be like, so what did you do today? He didn't mean anything by it, but it would trigger me because I would just say, I don't know. I can't tell you what I did today. I don't know what I accomplished because everything that I

was doing just seemed so random for everyone else but my own goals and our future. And I was

therefore just in this hamster wheel of frustration because I didn't feel like I was accomplishing

things or ever able to check the boxes on stuff that moved the needle towards

things that actually freaking mattered to me. So let's talk about that, shall we? And let's figure
