it's Friday I'm Dave Dufour and that means it's nerd her she wrote Seth Partnow is clapping into the screen and Mo DeKiel is also here What's up guys? What's up Dave and Seth? I don't know why it feels like I missed you. It feels like a long time. I don't know. I don't know. I talked to you guys. It was a long basketball week. It was a long week for basketball. There's been so much stuff going on. You know, the Lakers just completely tanking out of the play in, the spurs making the play in.

I just want to, the Memphis Grizzlies. I just want to note the perfection of the NCAA

ending with the team, in fact, needing a three after for three weeks nothing but the announcer saying

they don't need a three here for folks for folks who don't really know it's just that set

is so annoyed with the announcers it says nothing to do with the gameplay what that's one thing

but if you ever want to see Seth riled up in March,

just look for an NCAA game that's close down the stretch and take a shot whenever the

announcer says the team doesn't need a three here because you just know Seth somewhere is pulling

his hair out. Well, the truth is that they didn't need a three there. They needed a three five minutes ago, right? Like, that's what it is. You don't want to be running a last second play for a three. They needed to make a shot, period. They couldn't make a shot. Hey, I don't want to pile on, but I don't know, man. College basketball, I just wish that the coaches weren't so rigid.

College basketball sucks. Let's just start there. The coaching there sucks. It does.

It's not very creative, certainly. And also, coaching dominated stuff just isn't, I don't know, that messes with my sort of sentiments as a coach not about the coach it's about the players and

it feels like college basketball the coach is the personality right like that's the guy who's

going to make 25 million dollars or whatever the ridiculous salaries that these people have

to coach college basketball but i i don't i'm not a big fan of that so here before we move on because on, because it's nerder, I'm going to get nerdy. Um, so there's, in sports, there's sort of a sign wave of, which is, uh, of, you know, um, structure versus quality. And at, at like, beginner level basketball, it sucks and there's no, there's, there's, there's

no structure.
