0:00.0	What are the interesting things about the traditional Latin Mass is although the rubrics are solid,
0:07.5	the text never changes.
0:10.2	There are some variations in the way that it's experienced based on architecture based
0:15.4	on music and also I think the priests and the lady and some geographical variations.
0:24.1	And so I'm going to share some of those today because I think a lot of people, especially
0:27.1	are experiencing the United States, we have very much of a low mass culture in traditional
0:32.2	Catholicism.
0:33.9	And I've met some many tribes who are very holy and pious and just because of where
0:37.7	they live and their geography.
0:39.8	They may have never even seen a high mass, not even a mesa contata.
0:43.3	So one of the places where I saw a lot of variation recently is I was in Paris with
0:49.3	my daughters.
0:50.6	I was in the Lutheran traditional Latin Mass three times, Thrice at San Nicolet de Chardonnay.
0:57.6	It is an old church.
0:59.4	It was built in the 1600s I believe.
1:03.6	And it has an interesting story.
1:05.0	In 1977 there was a traditional priest who opposed the Novus Ordo.
1:11.8	And so he organized, there's a bunch of lady in the neighborhood.
1:15.6	This is about, I'm guessing about a kilometer south of the Notre Dame.
1:19.4	So right in the middle of Paris, but on the southern bank.
1:24.8	There's a bunch of laypeople who felt the way, same way.
1:27.0	So they went to this church, this ancient church.
