Every year, I record a holiday episode where I help you prep for the holiday season in a way that I hope will bring peace, ease, and joy to your December. 1:01.8	I'm so excited to talk about holiday stuff today. I think I'm excited because I have been kind of intentionally planning and prepping for this time of year for a lot of the year.

1:19.7	that any opportunity to create joy just needs to be capitalized on. And so I was reading something the other day about,

1:36.3	be on the age that one might think it's appropriate for teenagers to trick or treat. And this,

1:45.6	were like yeah my kids are like in high school and they are fully going trick-or-treating because
1:50.2	kids deserve more joy today like there is so much hard stuff in the world they have been through
