All right, so let's hear it. What is your morning routine like morning routine like okay right because I travel a lot

and the one thing that seems to be stable for me right now over the last few years is my tea

tea practice the ceremony I have a ceremony and I I order this really expensive high quality

aged puer and sheng puer teas that are like 40, 50 years

old, some of them.

Wow. And in Chinese medicine, tea is the first thing that someone is given if they have an ailment

or they're sick. It's really like one of the primary pillars of Chinese medicine. And I had a

mentor of mine who was a Qigong teacher and I spent a lot of time with him and he introduced me to the style of tea.

And when I started to drink it, I just felt like the potency, the strength that the chi inside of this plant was so strong.

My body would just like come online in ways. I was like, whoa, this is like

activating. Yeah. So I have this really nice clay teapot. I have these beautiful clay bowls.

I have this really beautiful aged tea. And I travel around with thousands of dollars worth of tea in my

suitcase. You do? Yeah, that I travel with.

Oh, you know, I want to see it. Everywhere. It's amazing. And I have a ceremony where I play nice music. I have this really expensive incense that I buy that's like the best incense. And I

create this epic setting no matter where I am, where I just tune in and it grounds me. My mind

just goes so still. Wait, I love this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I invite people. I meet people. I met a beautiful lady in Costa Rica and I invited her over for tea and she fell in love with it. Now she... Wait, next time can we do tea? Yeah, we should do it. Yeah. I'm like a big tea person. Okay. And it wasn't from a fancy master, like it just intuitively, like since I was, I've been

obsessed with tea my whole life. Like everywhere I travel, I try to find the best tea shops and

like a source and I have a crazy tea collection. And I've always been like that. And intuitive,

it's something that always comes through like they're very much like tea um

and then i had my first tea ceremony a couple years ago in joshua tree nice i never had one and we
