| 0:26.3 | I'm Adrienne and I invite you to take a moment to get in your bed, get nice and cozy and comfy and warm, |
| 0:44.2 | and feel the love of Jesus wrapped all around you right now. |
| 0:56.6 | I want you to take a deep breath with me, breathe in through your nose, |
| 1:03.6 | feel your belly fell up with air, and slowly breathe out through your mouth. |
| 1:18.2 | Close your eyes, |
| 1:19.3 | and just feel your breath in your body. |
| 1:30.0 | Psalm 4 verse 8 says, I go to bed and sleep in peace. Lord only you can keep me safe. |
| 1:49.6 | If you're feeling a little nervous about going to bed tonight or if the room is a little dark, |
| 2:08.0 | there's no need to be afraid. |
| 2:10.9 | Because God says that He will give us peace and that He will keep us safe. |
| 2:25.6 | And so I want you to snuggle down deep in your bed right now. |
| 2:32.4 | Snuggle into that safety, into the arms of our Father in Heaven. |
| 2:40.6 | Take a moment to just squeeze your entire body, flex every muscle, squeeze your toes, |
| 2:52.6 | your hands, your arms, hold it, hold it, and then release. |
| 3:02.8 | Feel your body sinking into your bed. |
| 3:10.2 | Feel your head sinking deeper into your pillow. |
| 3:20.1 | And now imagine that our Father in Heaven is taking that blanket and is tucking you in nice and |
| 3:28.7 | cozy, making sure that you're warm. That he's pulling that blanket up to your chin |
| 3:37.1 | to make sure that you feel secure. |
| 3:42.8 | And imagine now that he's just gently stroking your hair, |
| 3:50.6 | allowing his fingertips to stroke the side of your face, your warm cheeks. |
