He is said to be an African American male, early to mid-20s, approximately 200 pounds, and is between 5-8 and 5-10.

He was last seen wearing dark-colored pants, dark-colored shoes, and a camouflage-colored hooded jacket with vans in white riding across the back.

Police also noted that he was seen leaving in a late 2000s Lincoln Town car that was either

silver or gray.
