Every parent knows what it’s like to lose it with their children. But what’s actually happening neurobiologically? What do you do when you realize that you’ve harmed your children?

| 0:48.2 | And depending on how old you are and how old your kids are this can be a gut-wrenching question |

| 1:07.8 | The guilt means that your heart is broken |
| 1:11.2 | Over the fact that you have harmed your kids and the guilt is telling you okay |

| 1:27.2 | You need to own the fact that your broken heart |
| 1:31.4 | Is evidence of your holiness? |
| 1:34.2 | It's evidence of your deep desire to love your children better |
| 1:38.4 | So before addressing the question of okay, what do I do now that I see I've been harming my children |
