Today is an episode where I'm actually not interviewing anyone.

I'm just doing a Terry Talks episode and boy does she? so we're going to talk about how you can spot and

manage or end which is more like it toxic relationships and this question actually came out of my group, which I have a free

But we're having lots and lots of conversations.

This is all leading up to the Real Love Revolution,

of course that I have that is starting February 1st.

In the meantime, they're wondering about toxic relationships and a lot of them are sharing stories and actually not just about romantic relationships.

Talking about friendships, women, siblings. romantic relationships with with friendships women siblings sisters brothers co-workers has been a really big

conversation toxic relationships with coworkers. So as I talk about in this

episode we'll get into how do you identify it but right now I'll ask you to

just close your eyes and bring to mind any relationship in your life that you think might fall into this category of being toxic?

How do you feel when you're with that person?

How do you feel when you think about being with that person? Are you always on guard? Are you always on edge? Do you feel like you're gonna make a mistake and there's gonna be a problem? You're gonna get blamed for something. Someone's going to be mad at you for something.

All of us have these types of relationships. The question is, what do we do to change it? What is our part of the dance in the relationship, which I get into

in this episode? And what do we do? What are our choices? So I hope that this is a topic that resonates with you.
