I used to feel the need to overly intro myself in case it was your first time here.

But the thing with podcasts that I realized is that nothing I can say or do is going

to make you say, ah, that girls should have a podcast.

Because no matter where you're going to be, anybody who has a podcast that's not already

famous is random and is gratuitously hearing themselves talk, I'm no different.

But the thing is, I love to lurk and I stay up into the depths of the night and I don't

skim well.

So what happens is I end up deep diving into utter nonsense that none of my friends are

family care about God know.

And I needed an outlet.

So here we are.

I'm at an interesting point in my career right now where I'm doing a lot more freelance

work, a lot more writing, trying to shop a lot more like writing based projects and

having to plant a lot of seeds and gardens I may never see grow, but it doesn't mean

you can't plant them anyway because the one big win I've had in the past couple years

is a poem I decided to write about social media on a random day.

And if you think that that seemed like a productive use of time in real time, you're very

wrong.

That was probably one of the most self-loathing days I've ever had.

Because I had other things to do, but I'm like, why did I drop everything to write this

poem?

Anyways, it's just, it's an interesting time.
