Summary
Codependency is an unbalanced relationship with other people. When we "people please" to the detriment of our own needs, we become reliant on other people for how we feel. We take too much responsibility for fixing their feelings above our own. Chip and Veronica discuss their challenges with codependency and how they have learned to manage their emotions.

I think that's what you say in podcasting language, yeah. Is it? Yeah, I think so. There must be a dictionary some way. I'm going to start one. I mean, I can remember when the word podcast came out and it's like, what? What's that? Yeah. And now it's everyone knows what podcasting is. So it drops. Okay. It drops. Yes. Okay. So it's dropped. Imagine that. So tickets are now available. So let's get on to the subject. I had so many people, because we've mentioned this a couple of times. I've had people emailing and messaging me saying, where are the tickets? Are they available? |
| 2:04.8 | Oh, my God. And I'm like, ah. Are they say, in that hysterical? How do you know that? Kind of. I feel it from the email. What, hysterical? What? Is there a sort of hysterical font? Not italics or embold. People in the UK are literally... Hysteria. |
