Welcome to wholesale hotline number 82.

Remember, as we are building up as we are becoming real estate

entrepreneurs we need to focus on three parts of our real estate business that is number one

lead generation that is the engine of our business without leads. There's no, there,

there's nobody to help out. There's nobody, no, no, no problems that we can solve, all right?

The second part is conversion. You can have as many leads as you want, but if you can't convert

them, then nothing happens, right? That's where the people skills come in.

That's where pre-qualifying and following up with your lead and doing an incredible offer presentation,

come into the game.

And the third part is exit strategy.

Exit strategy, what are you going to do?

Are you going to wholesale it?
