AMERICANO RECIPE

1oz/30ml Bitter Campari
1oz/30ml Sweet Red Vermouth
splash of Soda Water

Mix Campari and vermouth in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add a splash of soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with half orange slice and a lemon zest.
