Hello and welcome to Almost 30 podcast.

0:15.9

Hi everybody. Welcome to the show. Your girls are together. Welcome back. If you're an oldie, but goody. And if you're new, welcome to the show. You're one of us. You're an oldie. You're one of us. Yeah, truly. We were just telling our wonderful sound engineer, we are weird. And he was like, no, I'm weird. We're like, no, we. We are weird. We're weird. What's, that's actually a great question,

0:38.1

because I do feel like there's like a, like a hot girl thing where they're like, I'm weird. And it's like, they're like, I'm weird. Yeah, they're like, I'm weird. I have like two hour morning routine. That makes me weird. Like, what makes me weird? My mind makes me weird. I think about weird stuff. Totally. I don't think about

0:55.6

normal stuff. Mine's just like the Gemini of my personality where I can be like one thing,

1:02.4

one minute. That's true. Next to the next minute. I kind of feed her kid. You know, it's like.

1:06.4

Yeah, that's true. There's a spectrum. And I guess if you're thinking about what is normal,

1:10.8

what is normal is

1:11.9

like, you know, in the standard, processed foods, TV, caring about certain things, da-da-da-da, I don't really

1:19.2

have any of that. I think I think I don't. I totally. I don't. What is a weird thing about me?

1:44.4

I think if you just watch me in the day, you'd be like, oh, this is kind of a weird little quirk about her. I agree. She's not wearing socks with sneakers. No, I'm not wearing socks with sneakers. I throw my contact lenses every which way. Oh, yeah. If you stayed with me, you'd find contact lenses all over the place. I forgot about that.

1:44.8

Yeah.

2:00.9

When we would be on tour, I would just find him in the room. They're like in the bed. I'm like, why's it in my hair? Yeah. They're everywhere. I think the weirdest thing would be my mind, but maybe I'm not super weird. But I'm proud of myself because yesterday I took a day off. Oh, I'm so proud of you. Huge win. Huge win. What was the impetus? The impetus was last week my boy was working a lot.

2:09.2

He works on the weekends. He's just working. Because when we're together, he's not working that

2:13.5

much. And then when we're not, he's like going over going over time. He's got to, like, make up for

2:18.7

lost time. Yeah. And so he was, like, he was talking to one of his girlfriends, and he was, like,

2:25.0

talking about how he was, like, just overworking. And this is the benefit of having, like,

2:28.2

men having girlfriends. I'm trying to find the benefits because it's been hard for me. So this is

2:32.3

me trying to find benefits. Just kidding, kind of.

2:36.4

So it was that they like actually have good sound advice where she's like, you should take a day off.

2:42.7

Like you should take a concerted day off with Krista and like really take the full day off.

2:48.3

Sure.

2:49.1

And so we took the full day off yesterday.
