Fortnite specific news but we can relate this to Fortnite and content creators

because I saw this affecting a lot of you know Fortnite content creators.

Obviously content creators just in general,

but a lot of Fortnite creators

I saw having problems with this

because there's so many clips that are

saved over time and what we're talking about here is Twitch changing or

updating their terms of terms of service guidelines for music and they have up to the ante on the

DMCAs and they are giving a bunch of copyright strikes and suspending people, banning people for these copyright strikes for having music, copyrighted music on their content that they don't own.

So, you know, at this point, you can't be playing any music that is copyrighted while streaming. You know, you can't have any clips that are

saved on your channel. You can't have any videos that are archived on your channel if you are you know if you are a

a twitch streamer right now it. It's gotten pretty bad. It seems like it changed, you know, these

were things that were always, you know, content created should have in the back of their mind that, you know, this is something that could happen,

but this definitely seems like it came out of nowhere. I didn't hear about this happen, you know, because

I create content on Twitch and I was affiliated at one point so that I at least would get emails about

things being updated. I didn't see anything about this until all of a

sudden a bunch of people are saying hey I'm getting copyright strikes I'm getting

suspended I'm getting banned so you know not not good so that is something that at least is going to be kind of a

bummer because we're going to see a lot of really cool content that was made while

people were streaming music that is going to be something that goes away now you
