trauma breaks trust with yourself. Then I can't trust myself. Then I goes deeper, deeper, deeper.

Well, let's say you're starting to actually resistance. I feel like freedom and there's resistance

coming. And it was like almost like that whisper. I don't know if it's like that for you, the whisper of

beloved keep going. There's more. And you're like, but God, there's this coming and this coming.

And he's like, are you to follow my

voice or follow man's it's the last day of the new year new you series has this encouraged you

have you learned something that you can implement have you been inspired by these incredible kingdom

women who have poured into me for so many years. I hope so. I really,

truly do, because I know that they are a huge piece of the puzzle for me. It's not just about

all the things you do. It's also about all the people that you meet and the people and the mentors and the coaches

and friends that God so so kindly and generously bestows into your life.

Sometimes we just need to open our eyes and realize and recognize that we already have

so many of the people that we need that God has positioned as wise

wisdom and counsel in our lives. Now, I will definitely preface that by saying we are all human,

myself included, and we all fail and we all mess up. I recently had this incredible session

with Miranda, who is here today on the podcast. She's my fifth

and final incredible guest expert. And she helped me really uncover this belief that I had

that I can't make mistakes and that I have to be under this extraordinary amount of pressure

at all times. And I've got to fix the problem.

I have to fix it as fast as I can.

And the more that I was leaning into that as my company was growing, the more I was creating

this on-demand culture.
