Yeah, so I just started a new morning routine. I like go back and

forth with meditating because it's hard to keep consistent with it for me. And obviously everyone's

different. But I do think it helps you at least like start the day with like a clean slate.

I think the best you can do is like obviously

not grab your phone and scroll but like go right into the meditation. And then from there

working out, I've realized working out, I just reintroduced it again after not doing it for a little

bit. And I'm like, wow, it really like sets your energy. Like it feeds you energy. It gives you

energy. And I realize like when you want to work out and you're like, oh, I hear people

working out, but I have no motivation to do it. I changed my mindset on that a while ago of like,

I'm not working out to look a certain way. I'm working out to feel a certain way. And reintroducing that again,

like getting that gym membership that I told you about where I was like, I don't know if I wanted

to commit to this. But now just going and like not even caring about like how many reps I do,

but just like being, okay, I'm just going to do a few things, not put so much pressure on myself.

Already I feel so inspired right after yeah and then I go into

listening to a billionaire every day I introduced that because it's so obviously important the

mindset you're listening to and you want to be around people that are thinking abundantly and believe

it's possible and know it's possible. And especially when you see some

older people that are like 60 and stuff and they still have so much energy and they're so passionate.
