Summary

Welcome to Day 3 of the New Year, New You series! Today, I’m joined by one of my longest and dearest friends, Jess Brown—a certified eating disorder registered dietitian and host of her own powerful podcast. Jess was one of my beta students and has since built an incredible career helping people align their health with their values and faith. With over 20 years of experience and a master’s in nutrition, Jess teaches the Empowered Eating Method, a faith-based approach to building trust in the body God gave you. If you’ve ever struggled with body image or feeling stuck in diet culture, this one is for you! In this episode, we discuss the importance of breaking free from diet culture and embracing a healthier, more grace-filled approach to your body. Learn practical ways to love yourself well and find patience in the journey. I pray this blesses you!   Ready to Make Consistent Income From a Podcast?  Join my 5-Day Profitable Podcast Bootcamp!
