We've got the one and only Reverend Ike on the show today.

And today the reverence talking about where you put your energy.

Because as he says, would you recognize you energize?

We have to remember that everything is made out of one thing.

Everything is made out of energy.

And whatever you recognize, whatever you put your attention on,

you are sending energy to where your attention goes, your energy flows.

And so when you're recognizing things about yourself that you don't like,

when you're recognizing all of these self-imposed limitations that you have,

you are putting energy there and you're creating more of it.

You're returning that energy into the reality of your life.

So it's time to start changing the way you think about it and the way you see yourself.

It's time to start changing what you are attending to.

It's time to start changing what you are recognizing.

Recognize yourself for the powerful, strong, capable person that you are.

And you will create results that match that.
