Take away our story, our story now. We've got to want of our 31 day journey. I want to give you the biggest

0:22.6

possible standing ovation ever. If you made it through from day one until day 31, you couldn't

0:30.0

you know, missed a cup, whatever. But if you are here right now, you need to clap for your damn self

0:35.0

because I am clapping for you. I am so freaking proud of you. The fact that you committed to this shows what is possible. When you commit and you actually go after the things that you want every single day, the sky's of the limit because you've just proved that you're that type of person. So I'm proud of you. I'm so excited and I wanted to talk about what's next. Like, where do you go from here?

0:54.7

There's a couple options. You can either obviously restart this series. You could watch last year's

0:59.8

daily grind. So I did a full 31 days last year of the daily grind. If you haven't watched that,

1:04.2

go watch that. You will see some patterns start to arise that you're going to be like, I know this.

1:09.9

Okay. And you start to move

1:11.5

forward on that. The other thing I would suggest is why not go through this series with a friend?

1:17.8

It can be a customer of yours, it can be a best friend, it can be a parent, it can be a spouse,

1:22.4

it can be someone that you know through social media that would benefit from it, like invite

1:25.9

them and go through it together. It's a free tool that you will not only have the accountability to go through it again,

1:32.3

but so will they. And it's magical. So I would say to figure out what you want to do moving forward

1:38.1

for the next 31 days or 30 days, don't just go off the rails. You've just committed for 31 days. Keep going with something that holds

1:47.2

you consistent to the stuff that you actually want. What I would also suggest is to set a new

1:52.0

list of top 10 goals. It's okay if some repeat themselves from last month. It's not okay, though,

1:57.9

and this is where I'm going to call you out, because I do the same thing. If your top 10 goals just keep repeating themselves because you haven't touched on any of them, you've got to call yourself out. You either have to make the goal smaller, more achievable, and doable, make it measurable. You know, we went over that and figure out what your next top 10 goals are. Write them out today so that you're ready to start tomorrow, fresh. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited. So if you're watching this live, the 1st of

2:20.0

November is falling on a Monday. So that is a beautiful thing. A good beginning to a month on a

2:28.1

Monday is awesome. So set yourself up for tomorrow morning, whether it is what you're watching

2:32.8

this in real life or real time,

2:34.5

or you're watching this a year from now. Figure out what tomorrow looks like for you, your fresh start

2:39.9

as to what you're going to do better this coming month, what goals you're actually going to work on,

...
