Summary

It is February 2008 in Arlington Heights Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, where we first meet a young man by the name of Justin Newman. Justin is a blonde-haired, blue-eyed 20-year old who was working at a home improvement store and trying to figure out what to do with his life. Justin, who lived with his mother, was a generous kid who had been working since he could so that he could help his mom pay the bills. He was a very likable kid, responsible and hard-working. Working at the improvement store, allowed him to meet a lot of construction workers and contractors and one of these contractors was a man by the name of Ari Squire. This chance meeting would leave a trail of destruction. As is so often the case, not all is what it seems.
