Now, the other day on Facebook, I put a comment out just saying,

would you like a podcast on the subject of how to actually get your mind trained up and in alignment

with actually finding a partner. Now, due to the immense response that I got, and everyone saying yes, I'd like it. I thought,

well, there's a perfect opportunity. I've got some time right now to do this podcast. So the whole

subject is how you can actually attract people into your life. This is predominantly for someone

who actually wants a partner.

Now, it's really, really important when you do this because usually the way the mind and body works is

is trying to search for things which you've been thinking about in the past or your past experience

or based on your past experience.

So, for example, if you've had,

let's just say, traumatic relationships or the people who don't want to be with, sometimes that

becomes a benchmark of what you shouldn't want. Now, that's great in theory because you say,

well, I don't want them to be like this, this, this, and that.

Now, the only problem there is, when we're focusing what we don't want, as I've always said, you're actually looking for more of it.

So if I don't want someone who's a gambler, I don't want someone who's really mean to me or abusive or just not interesting maybe.

Maybe you don't want someone who's boring.

Then, if you're focusing that, you're putting energy there.

And wherever you put your energy, wherever you put your attention and intention,

your mind and body is going to look for more people exactly like that.
