Helen. Hello everybody. And this is episode 81 of our podcast which explores all the ins and outs of

how to develop the skills to succeed, whatever success means to you in a squiggly career, whether that's

interview skills, discovering your values or asking for a pay

rise and managing stress at work, or things that I think we all think about quite a lot.

And this is Helen's last podcast recording before she is whisked away to Disneyland, which I'm

finding very funny and not really thinking it's a holiday for her.

But she's not going to get very much sympathy from me because as she disappears for a couple of weeks,

I am taking over the daily Instagram stories.

Helen does an amazing daily careers tip,

which people love and lots of people follow. And so she's off on her

holiday for a few weeks. I thought I would give it a go in her place. We worked quite different time

days of career curiosity. Mine will be in the evening because Helen gets up very early to do

hers. They will also be a lot more basic because I'm literally learning to do it for the first

time this week. So that's something to look forward to if you want a bit of career curiosity in your life.

You might not want to give me them back when I come back. You might even know. It's a hundred

days of career curiosity. I'd be like, okay, fine. Off you go. Yeah, I'm imagining that's not going to be true.

And this week's topic, we're talking about language at work, so both body language and the words that we use.
