Well, listen, I think I introduced myself as, you know, I'm Karan. I'm one of the doctors here and one of the surgeons here.

Yeah. But I'll say that most people in Western-speaking countries, Caucasian people,

might not be able to pronounce those foreign-sounding names.

And that's because, you know, someone who's born and brought up in the UK or the USA,

who is, you know, Caucasian, mainly is born and brought up speaking English.

They don't speak other languages from birth. They kind of learn them over time. So sometimes

there's certain syllables in ways that you contort your tongue. It's difficult to do that

sound. Like, you know, your name, you know, it's not Diren, it's Diran. Diran. Duran.

Duran, yeah, yeah.

So, you know, those kind of ways you twist and turn your tongue come from speaking those

other languages sometimes.

So when you were saying Caucasian for immigrants that are listening in order, hoodman,

it means the white man.

The white guys. That's what you meant.

You know, because I speak Hindi, Tamil and English.

And I would say I'm like 95% fluent in German.

I did that throughout.

Yeah, I lived there for a couple of months in Munich and in Berlin on an exchange.
