Summary

Joe is a second generation builder and starting as a young child he began visiting construction sites with his father. Since then, he’s always had the urge to be involved in real estate and be building things. This led him to joining the US Navy Construction Battalion –The Seabees. After serving multiple tours and racking up numerous service medals, he decided to return home and start his professional real estate career. Within a 15 year time span, Joe has built himself an 8-figure real estate empire and has completed over $100M in real estate transactions. Fast forward to today and Joe has transitioned this passion and wealth of real estate knowledge into building state of the art Self Storage Facilities across the country through his firm, Legacy Developers, with the goal of developing 100 facilities within the next 10 years.
